We want you to be happy with your order. Here's how returns work — and please reach out before sending anything back.
Unopened Merchandise
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused merchandise that is not otherwise identified as Final Sale. This generally includes accessories such as binders, sleeves, deck boxes, playmats, storage products, tabletop accessories, and similar items.
Trading Card Products Are Final Sale
Due to the collectible and market-sensitive nature of trading card products, all sealed trading card products, booster packs, commander decks, starter decks, and individual cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This does not affect orders that arrive damaged due to shipping, contain an incorrect item, or materially differ from the product listing. Factory shrink wrap, manufacturer-applied seals, and packaging are outside Atlantic TCG’s control. Minor cosmetic imperfections to factory packaging are not considered defects unless they materially affect the product.

Please contact us before returning any item. Reaching out first lets us confirm eligibility, provide return instructions, and resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an Atlantic TCG fulfillment error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to confirm its condition before processing your refund.
